The wholesale prices are not listed on noddeskal.dk and are a subject of personal inquiry to us via our contact form, email or a phone call. After the inquiry, you will get our catalogue with products and prices.

Invoice Payment Terms

Net 30 / 1% 10 Net 30 / COD / CWO

Online payments

We do not store any of this payment information or process any of your payments on our servers, but rather use a third party payment service known as ‘Stripe.’ Therefore, any information regarding your payment processing and security must be verified in Stripe’s own Terms of Service Agreement and Privacy Policy.

Data Security

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.

Delivery of Goods

We deliver products all over Denmark for resell and personal use.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You must send the items you wish to return no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you want to cancel your order. In case of return you must pay the delivery costs related to the return of the goods.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within a certain amount of days. Nøddeskal can withhold the refund until we receive the withdrawn items, unless you have submitted relevant documentation before returning the goods.

Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Every customer of Nøddeskal is entitled to 6 months of warranty. In case of warranty complaint, you can either get the item exchanged or you can get your money refunded, depending on the specific case. 

The complaint must be justified, and the product defect must not be as a result of improper use or other harmful behavior. You must notify us within reasonable time after you have discovered the damaged or defective item.

Shipping of Goods

We will provide a return address after you contact us.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non- refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify the terms and conditions of noddeskal.dk at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. 

If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.

If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.
